Live from above my garage.

Monday, August 23rd, 2010

I’m sorry for my lack of updates. Due to some very important house works, my parents and I had to move in a small flat, above the garage, for a few weeks. Today will mark the first week since I’m living above the garage. I sure miss the comfort of my bedroom, but I still have cable and Internet. Moreover, I have satellite radio. According to my dad, we may have two or three more weeks to spend above our garage. In other news, I’ve bought a PS Eye camera. My sister requested this, so we can do video chat. In that way, I get to see my niece everyday. Anyway, since I’m living in a place for a while, I had to bring only the necessary stuff like a couple of comic books, a couple of DVD and a couple of gaming systems. Damn, I miss my SNES! I want to play Super Metroid so bad. Well, that would be all for today. Enjoy your comfortable houses/flats with lot of rooms and a real bed. This kitchen chair is killing my back dammit! End of line.

I’m not dead…

Saturday, July 31st, 2010

Blame it on PlayStation Home… Again! What can I say? I have no fucking life. So, why not creating a virtual life? I get to make new friends, meet some guys, get my heart broken by these guys, etc… Well, art imitating life. In addition, I just don’t know what the fuck I should write about on this blog. I’m trying my best to come up with original content, but I’m failing at that. Anyway, I should just disappear from the blog map and no one will notice it. End of line.

Dentaphobia.

Sunday, May 9th, 2010

I went to the dentist, last Friday. The verdict: I have 12 cavities. Shit! It has been years since I visited a dentist, because I usually try to avoid them like plague. However, one of my teeth hurt so much that I took all the courage I had and made an appointment. At first, I had difficulties to open my mouth to let the dentist examine it but, in the end, I succeeded. As long as I remember, I always had uncontrollable fear of dentists. At first, I was scared of the needle, but now the drill is the one that scares me. I have, what the professionals may call, a dentine hypersensibility. This means that my teeth a more sensible than it should be normally and it takes a more important dose of anaesthesia so I couldn’t feel the drill on my teeth. In conclusion, I need to go to the hospital to get my teeth fixed. There’s the doctors will put me to sleep so they can do their job. I kind of like it better that way. Since I also have a cavity on one of my wisdom teeth, they might completely remove it, as well as my other remaining wisdom teeth. That would mean that I’ll have to eat banana pudding and mashed potatoes for a few days. I don’t know when I’ll have to go to the hospital, but I’ll get you informed once I get confirmation of a date. For the moment, have fun and don’t forget to brush your teeth. End of line.

Home is evil!

Sunday, April 25th, 2010

It’s official! PlayStation Home is definitely evil! I’ve spent too much time on it, neglecting this blog and other websites. In addition, I’m not talking about all the money I put in Home, $62.29 to be exact. Some are addicted to World of Warcraft, others to Farmville and I am addicted to PlayStation Home. Maybe I should join a group for people that are addicted to Home or go into some kind of rehab. At this moment, I put my USB keyboard back in its box, have it sealed and put a “No Home” picture on it. I don’t know if it will prevent me from using Home for a couple of days, but I hope that it will work. If I don’t, I’ll ask my mom to put that goddamn keyboard under lock or something like that.

Now, I wish to go back to my old life, which means spending my whole day on the Internet, reading fanfics and posting on forums… I’m kidding! This would be all for tonight. End of line.

Writer’s block… Kind of.

Did anyone of you ever experience that? I have a good subject for an average-sized entry, but I can seem to find the right words to formulate it. That stinks. That’s also the reason why I haven’t been posting lately. Instead, I spend my whole Sunday joining fanlistings. After, I promised myself of never doing so. I thought this is what caused the “death” of my previous website, but I thought that it could help bringing visitors on my actual blog… Yeah, right. Dream on! Well, I’ll see if I can find inspiration for that goddamn entry I wish to write. See ya! End of line.

2009 has gone so fast.

Saturday, January 2nd, 2010

2010 is now here. I was thinking about taking resolutions, but first let’s recapitulate last years resolutions:

2009′s resolutions.

- Doing more workout. -> Pfff! As if I did that.
- Commenting more often on other blogs. -> Probably done that less than 10 times.
- Reading more comics. -> This is something I’ve been good at.
- Eat less junk food. (I say that every years!) -> I’ll pass on that one.
- Playing more video games. -> Something else I did well.
- And finally, post more content on this blog! -> I haven’t posted the fourth of what I planned to.

Well, as I’m thinking about it, screw resolutions! I’m going back to sleep! End of line.

I turned 24.

Saturday, December 5th, 2009

I turned 24, this week, on December 3. It was a crazy week, on December 2 we learned that Maya, my older sister’s 4 years old Bernese Mountain dog, has developed a very bad form of Cancer and she doesn’t have much to live. This saddened me a lot; I love that dog. Then, on December 3, as we were celebrating my birthday, my sister called to tell us that she was pregnant! I’m gonna be an aunt!! Therefore, those were bad news followed by good ones. It was a weird birthday.

Now, let’s get back to my birthday. We celebrated it with the yummiest cake ever:

Pink frosting with colored stars. Because I’m a girl, of course!

As a gift, I received something I’ve been wanting for a while: a new desk chair. Finally!

What’s on the chair?

If you’re wondering what is on the chair, it’s none other than a copy of Super Mario 64 that my uncle and aunt gave me.

I wanted this one since forever!

Actually, we used to own that game until my sister decided to take our Nintendo 64 as her complete property and store it in the back of a closet at her flat. Then, I had to buy my own gaming console and I couldn’t stop arguing with her that I should own our cartridge of Super Mario 64, but she didn’t want to give it to me. C’mon, she’s not even playing any video games. How can you own a gaming console and not using it? She’s only doing that to be selfish toward me. Well, thanks to my uncle and aunt for finding me a copy of that game. I’ll never forget their kindness.

Finally, that would be all for now. This was me updating my blog from my new desk chair. End of line.
