Shut up! I’m watching Daria.

Wednesday, June 23rd, 2010

After years of waiting, I can finally experience the happiness of owning Daria on DVD. Daria has been having a high influence on me, when I was a teenager. She helped me mould my personality by understanding sarcasm and such other things. She taught me that life does suck, but there’s always some good moments. Right now, I’m almost done the first season. I’m a little disappointed that they had to change 99% of the music content, but it doesn’t really matters since it’s still the same old Daria. I find that, after all these years, this show is still very actual. Therefore, that’s why I like it so much. I encourage those who are still hesitating to get Daria on DVD, to buy it. It includes all five seasons and the two movies, all of this at a cheap price. So, get your butt out of that chair and buy the damn DVD set! End of line.

Tuesday, March 23rd, 2010

Since I’m still experiencing writer’s block, I decided to write this filler entry: According to TVShowsOnDVD.com, Shout! Factory as confirmed a release date for their 4-discs set of the complete series of Bump in the Night. Well, they announced the date like a few weeks ago, it would be release on April 20th, but today they gave us a sneak peak of the cover artwork. Here it is:

Doesn’t it look great? Well, let me remind you that this DVD set will only be available via Shout! Factory‘s online store. So, don’t expect find it at your local Wal-Mart. That would be all for today. End of line.

Mr. Bumpy’s coming to DVD!

Wednesday, February 24th, 2010

It’s official! After years of waiting, the complete series of animated TV show Bump in the Night will finally get a release on DVD. There’s no confirmed release date, but we know that Shout! Factory will release the series. Shout! Factory is also the same company that released several episodes of Mystery Science Theater 3000. Unfortunately, Bump in the Night will not be available in stores; it will be a Shout!’s online store exclusive title. Personally, I’ve never watched Bump in the Night when I was a kid. I didn’t have cable TV and I didn’t understand English, at this time. However, I was lucky to find several videos of the show on YouTube. Now, I can’t wait to get it on DVD. End of line.

Paul Reubens is The Dark Mite

Thursday, May 28th, 2009

Paul Reubens is voicing Bat-Mite in this week episode of Batman: The Brave and the Bold, which is a show that I’m always missing because my stupid cable company is running the Teletoon‘s western channel instead of the eastern one. So, I end up having a 3 hours time difference and that suck when my favorite show should be airing at 10:00 PM and not 1:00 AM, because at this hour I have other things to do such as sleeping! Of course, I should get a decoder that have a recording feature, but this damn thing cost $500. Anyway, I can console myself by watching videos featured at BATMAN ON FILM. I don’t know why, but Paul Reubens makes me love him more and more as each day passes.

Probably one of my favorites cartoons ever!

Be a Powerpuff Girl!

Monday, December 1st, 2008

One thing I love on the Internet is portrait generator. I love turning myself into a South Park character or a Lego figurine and on. But, one of my favorites was the Powerpuff Girls generator. It’s too bad that the person who create it didn’t include more options and seemed to have abandoned the project. Anyway, here’s how I would look if I was a Powerpuff Girl:

I’m now ready to save Townsville from some random monster!
